
Ruben is a director, writer and photographer.
His approach to each project typically begins with thorough, analytical research, which then evolves into fictional narratives, fusing factual elements with creative interpretation. His goal is to reveal universal truths by merging the authentic with the magical, the serious with the absurd, ultimately seeking an aesthetic that emerges naturally from the core theme rather than the surface.
As part of the directing duo LEONELRUBEN and as co-founder and Creative Lead of GOODHOUSE FILMS for four years, Ruben has created, led and directed global campaigns for brands like Nike, Google, Vogue, Loewe, and Volkswagen, among many others.
He lives and works in Berlin.
